Advantages

Vibratory rollers of the same quality have better compaction effects than static rollers; the foundation compaction after compaction is high; and the stability is good. The vibratory rollers in small rollers have much better compaction power than some large-tonnage mechanical ones.

1) The production efficiency of vibratory rollers is high. When the required compaction degree is the same, the number of compaction passes is smaller.

2) When compacting the asphalt concrete surface layer, due to vibration, the asphalt material in the surface layer can fully penetrate and flexibly combine with other aggregates. Therefore, the road surface has good wear resistance and low repair rate.

3) When compacting asphalt concrete, the temperature of the asphalt concrete is allowed to be lower.

4) It can compact materials with large particle size backfill stones that are difficult to compact with isostatic rollers.

5) Due to its vibration effect, dry hard cement concrete can be compacted.

6) When the compaction effect is the same, the structural quality of the vibratory roller can be twice as light as that of the static roller, and the engine power can be reduced by about 30%.
